NLC Support provides a caring and through approach to individuals and families seeking services for peoples with Developmental Disabilities. We will connect you with our community of network providers. We will ensure that you receive access to a broad range of support services of you choice to cover all of your needs. There is no charge for our services, the only requirements to receive services is that you are a person with a disability and you are covered under medicaid.

NLC Support is not a single service agency, but rather a liaison to a multitude of support services based on your individual family needs. NLC responds to the needs of families who may be experiencing emotional distress and feelings of isolation or a lack of information surrounding their loved one's development and needs.  Each person who chooses NLC Support will obtain personalized support to meet his/her individual needs. Some of our services include connecting you with provider of services, such as  licensed home health aides, housing, employment assistance,recreation, vocational training, social activities, transpotation, student transition, educational sevices, in home assistance and other services tailored to fit your individual needs, wants and level of independence.
